Fun fact: I wasn’t born in Miami — I earned my way there. I was born in Nicaragua and made my way to the U.S. when I was four years old… by way of the legendary Rio Grande. (Yes, that Rio Grande. Let’s just say my first “swim” in America was a memorable one — no floaties, just dreams and determination.)
Growing up in Miami, I saw the power of community, but also the struggles — especially when it came to safe, affordable housing. That stuck with me. So now, when I’m not putting out fires (literally), I’m investing in real estate with a bigger purpose: revitalizing homes and rebuilding hope.
I focus on turning neglected properties into homes for those who need them most — veterans, foster kids aging out of the system, struggling youth, and seniors who deserve dignity in their golden years. We’re not just flipping houses — we’re flipping lives.
